Cats and Tats – Giveaway!
I don’t have any tattoos, but there have been instances in my life where I thought I might get one, because I actually do quite like them. Well, some of them. There are many that are tacky, or badly done, in the wrong place, or just completely wrong all together! But there are some that are beautiful pieces of art. One of my besties, Rachel, has the most beautiful cherry blossom tattoo on her back, and a set of stars too. Its perfect for her. Its tattoos like that that makes me think I might quite like one. But I’d have to have the perfect one for me of course. It’d have to be a cat!

The other day when I was looking for pictures to add to my ‘Cattoos’ Pinterest Page, I came accross some awesome fake kitty tats that I just loved. They were made by UK artist Harriet Gray and I bought a 7 pack immediately (along with a cute pouch featuring one of her cat illustrations). What better way to test out a cattoo than with a fake one first!
Harriet doesn’t have any real tattoos, and sounds a little like me when it comes down to getting one: “I’ve not got any real tattoos myself, I’ve always liked the thought of getting one but am a bit too scared about the pain. and I’m so indecisive… although whenever I wear my fake kitty tattoos it makes me reeeally want to get a real one!”

I love these fake tats! Me likey! Me Wanty! Yup. I use fake tats because I am a devout coward. I practice it religiously! These would make we totally happy while I toddle down the road with my walker! Yup. The cattoos are deliciously adorable!.

I’ve thought about getting a cat tattoo as well! But it’s sooo hard to find a good design that seems right. Even though it makes me really sad to think about, I think I will probably get a memorial tattoo of my cat Kirby when she passes. She’s the most important thing in my life, and has helped me get through so many tough times just by getting me to laugh at her dopey antics.

These are just my speed. I have always loved cats and went with a friend who was getting a tattoo but i chickened out. i just couldn’t decide what i would want forever on my skin. hence why temporary tattoos are purrfect !

I’ve been really tempted to get a tattoo…but since I want it to be small, the tattoo artist told me it would “blob out” after a couple of years then it’ll look as if I have a huge mole. He wanted me to agree to one that was so huge, it would fill out my entire upper arm. Yikes! Nope, never got the tattoo done.

When my kitty baby passed away (my most special girl) – I have a beautiful oil painting done of her, as well as her nickname and the paw of Bastet inked on my wrist (as a start) – it’s not done and I’m going to be getting it worked on soon!

I’m 56 years old and have been wanting a tat for ages. Unfortunately, first chemo and then clotting issues as a result of the chemo won’t let me have one. But I love these.
I have five cats and am currently deciding which one I want as a tattoo. I have cat paws already as a tattoo. All of my fur-babies are rescues. Don’t shop, adopt! There are so many babies out there that need rescuing.

This year is the 1st time that, I ever thought of getting a tattoo. ( I’m 40 yr’s old )The tattoo I thought of getting is my cat ” Precious ” she is a Calico cat. I know myself to well that I’ won’t get one because, I’m to scared. Getting a ” fake ” tattoo might courage me in getting one. Cat’s are my favorite animals!

My sweet baby, Sylvester AKA Itty Bitty Kitty passed away recently and I had him for 19 years and 7 months. I want to get a tattoo to remember him by cause we spent a lifetime together. I rescued a cat from our shelter in loving memory of Itty, he would would have wanted for me to help another kitty. Those are really cute and we’d love to win them. Its rare we see a tattoo we like, although the mom thought of getting a band around her ankle in an Egyptian motif. Temporary tattoos are fun, and the mom’s Girl took classes to learn to do henna tattoos.

I have several tats already and would love to have one of a cat. It is always something I thought about, but never got around to doing and now I am on a medication for my heart that means I can have no more tats. I am sad, but I would love to have some of these fake ones. I have seen them before, can’t remember where and thought about buying them. They look great on you.
